Canal One collaborated on-site with MARUI Real Estate to gain a deeper understanding of real user needs and design a customized Intruder Detection System tailored to the unique layout and security challenges of MARUI’s high-quality residential communities.

The goal of this fieldwork was to:

• Identify high-risk intrusion zones within the project site
• Engage directly with on-site security teams to learn about their daily routines, behaviors, and pain points
• Evaluate existing CCTV and operational systems to ensure smooth integration with the ASAP Intruder Detection platform

The result is a practical, responsive, and human-aware security solution uniquely adapted to the environment in which it operates.

Key features include:

• Real-time intruder detection
• Instant alerts via display, radio, or LINE app
• Layout-specific configuration based on the site plan
• UX/UI designed to align with the needs of frontline staff
